On the 04-05th of February 2017 in Wroclaw, Poland held place II International Taekwondix Seminar organized by Mr. Andrzej Undro creator and originator of this program and Polish Taekwon-Do Association. Seminar was attended by 93 participants from 12 countries such as: Belarus, England, Hungary, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Netherlands, Russia, Slovakia, Sweden, Ukraine and Poland. Another advantage was the presence of special guests Master’s Thomas Denis from the United Kingdom, Wijnand Tapilatu from the Netherlands and the Zbigniew Semp from Poland. Taekwondix is an innovative system that supports the training of Taekwon-Do for children aged 5 to 15 years. Andrzej Undro from the Wroclaw Academy of Taekwon-Do merged logic, educational, board games and activities. Kids can have fun not olny on the gym but also at home or at school. Thanks to this combination Taekwon-do doesn’t finish with end of the training but kids bring it to their everyday life, to the playground with their friends or time with their parents.

During the seminar coach Undro demonstrated the wide range of games and explain their use. In particular, participants liked all sorts of accessories that were used in games and activities in a creative and unique way. Starting with clothespins, reflective bands, lasers and pillows ending on scooters, bicycle locks, arches, Velcro balls, laser pointers, huge sheets of material, balls launcher or a huge bouncy castle.

Mr. Andrzej Undro pay special attention to developing thinking and perception of the child in training. Exercises were designed not only to work on physical education but also for intellectual development.

During the seminar you could watch games and activities from the point of view of the participant or observer. Due to large number of participants in the group was divided into two parts called: Polish friends and Friends from abroad. When one group practiced, second group watched and vice versa.

Besides exercises on gym participants could also take part in activities conducted on the tennis court where they could feal like a archers and fired bows or ran around the field throwing balls at each other which attached itselve to special belts with velcro.

In the meantime, participants could take advantage of the refreshments prepared by the organizer.Coach Undro at the end of training demonstrated a range of board and logical games taekwondix, which where invented by him for many years and which help children with learning patterns, the theory of Taekwon-Do and logical thinking.

At the end of the seminat paticipants took group picture and received clipboards, personalised briefcases, pens and diplomas.

Seminar Taekwon-dix enriched the participants with a wide range of games and activities, from which everyone can choose the exercises appropriate for their students. Also it was a great opportunity to feel like a child by playing with other instructors. We recommend Taekwondix seminar to everyone and encourage to participate in the next edition.

It is worth exploring creative approach of Mr. Andrzej Undro and use his database of ideas. Teach our children through fun and play.
