This is to inform you that the ITF will organize an Umpire Course for Black Belts 3rd degree and above conducted by:

• ITF Umpire Committee Chairman Master Alberto Katz (Argentina)
• AETF Vice-President and Umpire Committee Member Master Coos van den Heuvel (Netherlands)
• Umpire Committee Member Mr. Kurt Ottensen (Canada)

The course will be held on March 29th – 30th, 2008 in Cologne, Germany Friday, March 29th arrival at Kommerz Hotel. Tel. ++49-221- 16 10-0/Fax ++49-221-16 10-122.
