Participants of the Instructor's Course

Every two years the Polish Taekwon-do Association is organizing in Lublin the course for Taekwon-do instructors candidates in order to have good level of coaches in Poland.

This year edition was held from 14th to 23rd September 2007. 34 people took part in the course. They were representing following polish cities: Białystok, Częstochowa, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Janów, Kolbudy, Kraków, Legnica, Lublin, Łęczna, Łodź, Wrocław, Poznań, Warszawa, Szczecin, Rzeszów, Toruń, Zabrze.

The classes were conducted by the most experienced lecturer of Taekwon-do as well as of theory of sport. Traditionally the classes with Judo Master Ryszard Zieniawa were in demand.

The participants really enjoyed the course. In the survey which they filled in at the end of the course they listed the advantages of the course:

• high level of classes content
• very good financial condition of participation,
• diversity of training aspects,
• family atmosphere among the participants,
• many educational teaching aids
• a lot of teaching and instructional materials (books, magazines, copies…)
• very good organization
• the instructors were chosen really good
• a lot of history from the very beginning of Taekwon-do up to today time.

   
   

Also the footage from authentically performed surgeon on athletes showed to the participants made extremely huge impression. They watched with interest the reconstruction of ligament, the stitching of torn muscles, linking/connecting of bones after complicated fractures.

Despite the course lasted only 10 days everybody stressed in unison that they will remember the course for very long time.
