We would like to invite all taekwon-do practitioners to take part in the Central Taekwon-Do Winter Camp organized by Polish Taekwon-Do Association, Lublin Taekwon-Do Sport Club and MKS Lewart Lubartow.
The camp will be held in Wisła (south part of Poland) from 31st January till 9th of February 2006. Wisła is located in the Valley of Wisła river, in the middle of Beskid Śląski on the 431 m over the mean see level) and is a birth and living place of well known and famous polish ski jumper, Adam Małysz.
In Wisła besides all winter sports attractions there is many places worth to sightsee: Habsburg's Hunting Castle, President's Castle, Kocyans's Hut, Museum of Beskidy, Niedźwiedź's building, Artur Cienciała's Sculpture Gallery, Waterfalls on Biała Wisła and view terrace on the top of Barania Gora.
The participation on the camp was confirmed not anly by numerous members of the organizing clubs but also by taekaon-do practicioners from England, Ireland and Slovakia.
All participants will be divided in groups according to their technical (gup/dan) and age level . For each group there will be conducted two to three classes a day. If you want to check your physical and technical ability, if you want to learn directly from champions and the best polish coaches you should come and take part in Winter Camp in Poland. The advanced group's classes will be conducted by Mr. Jerzy Jedut, the member of the AETF Technical Committee and the beginners classes - Mr. Jarosław Suska, the current World Champion.
Beside the improving the technical Taekwon-do level, there is a possibility of skiing and snowboarding (‘PARTECZNIK’ button lift www.partecznik.wisla.pl) slegding, indoor activities and other additional sports.
The closest airport to Wisła is in Katowice: http://www.gtl.com.pl/eng/index.html. The organizer can arrange the cheap transportation from the airport to the accommodatioon place.
