On the 17 January 2005 ITF Headquarter sent an official invitation for all member countries to attend the ITF Extraordinary Congress held on 24th April 2005 in Terracina, Italy at 21.00 in Hotel "Albergo Mediterraneo", Via Veneto, 04019 Terracina, Italy.
Below information received from Master Bos in this matter:
"Dear ITF Members,
This is to inform you that the ITF Extraordinary Congress should be held on Sunday, April 24th 2005 at 21.00 hours in:
Accommodation:
Cost per person in hotel Mediterraneo sharing a double room Euro 70,00 per day included breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Single room Euro 95,00 per person per day included breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We may find also cheaper accommodation at Euro 50,00 per person sharing a double room accommodation per day included breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Arrivals:
I suggest that any person coming to Terracina for the Congress and who is arriving by plane at Rome or Napels airport hire a car. (2 hours drive)
They may also contact directly to our travel agency:
ITF-Italy/ F.I.TAE shall not be responsible for any other transportation arrangement.
Visa:
Any person in need of Visa should contact the Italian Embassy in their own country.
ITF Italy/FITAE is only able to send an official invitation letter.
Confirmation:
Any person coming to the ITF Extraordinary Congress must inform F.I.TAE on or before April 10th 2005 by sending an e-mail to masterbos@itf.fastwebnet.it confirming their arrival and departure day in/from Terracina.

The main reason to call that meeting is the present situation of our federation concerning the legal situation in Vienna and some important decisions, which only the official country representatives can decide during a Congress.
Because of the importance of the congress we ask all European countries to send at least two representatives. If you are interested in some details or if you did not receive the documents, please contact Master Tom MacCallum, ITF Secretary General: maccallum.t@tkd-itf.com.
If you think you will not be able to come, please advise Master Tom MacCallum by e-mail as soon as possible. We are asking you once more to take part in this event, wich is very importand for our organization.
