April 28-29, 2018 in Omsk in the Sports Club "Palace of Youth" held a regional technical seminar on Taekwon-Do (ITF)

Within two days, the seminar participants had the opportunity to undergo training under the leadership of the President of the Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) of Russia, the holder of the VII dan, Tsilfidis Lazaros Konstantinovich.

Lazaros Konstantinovich is one of the most experienced and professional coaches in Russia. He knows a lot and is happy to share his vast experience and invaluable knowledge with the participants of the seminar.

The seminar was attended by 910 trainers and athletes from Omsk and Novosibirsk.

Within the framework of the seminar the following topics were considered:

1. Basic Taekwon-Do Technique (ITF)
2. Methods of teaching and performing pattern
3. Self-defense

The seminar was very intense and energetic. The Master demonstrated a huge number of exercises, combinations and games. Each participant received a certificate confirming the passage of training.

The seminar was completed by attestation to black belts. 23 candidates received black belts and raised their dans during the seminar.
