On March, 23-25, in Kiev, with the support of Ministry of Sports of Ukraine were held national championship between Juniors and Seniors and Cup of all Ukrainian Union between kids. In the competitions took part 943 athletes from 16 regions of Ukraine. Namely 387 Juniors and Seniors athletes and 556 kids athletes.

The competition was in four divisions : patterns, sparring, special techniques and power breaking. In overall result among the regions first place took Ivano-Frankivsk region, second place took Kyiv region and third - Kharkiv. The best athletes will form the national Taekwon-Do team of Ukraine and will represent it ilon European championship in Maribor, Slovenia on April, 11-15.

From 3-10 April the national team is at the sportive base in the Mountains(the ski resort Bukovel) having intensive training sessions.

In the Cup of all Ukrainian Taekwon-Do Union took part 34 clubs, which represented athletes of 43 coaches and 16 regions. The first overall place took SC "Lider, Solovey Team" (Ivano-Frankivsk), second place - SC "Tornado" (Vinnytsya) and third place took SC" Dan Gun" (Kharkiv)
