Newsletter Newsletter 3/2017 Election in Hellenic Quadrathlon Federation

The Board of Directors of the HELLENIC QUADRATHLON FEDERATION invites the member of the Hellenic Athletic National Associations for an Extraordinary General Assembly on 24th of November 2017 on Friday, 14:30, at the offices of Athletic Club Imathias, Verois 11, Veria, tel. +30233140051. In case of non-quorum, the General Assembly will be held at the same place and same day at 19:30.

The items on the agenda are as follows:

1. Validate proxy representatives and check quorum of attending members.
2. Election of the Bureau of the General Assembly.
3. Activity report and discharge of outgoing Board of Directors.
4. Election of the Election Committee of two members. The President of the Election Commission is appointed by the Veroia District Court (in case of no attendance by a representative of the Veroia District Court, the election will be for three members of the Election Committee).
5. Elections for seven (7) members of the Board of Directors, three (3) alternates, three (3) members of the Audit Committee (Article 22 paragraph 1 of the EOMT constitution) and three (3) members of a judicial committee (Article 36 paragraph 1 of the EOMT constitution).
6. Athletic Racing activities 2018.
