On March 15-16, 2017 655 athletes and trainers took part the 7th Technical Seminar of Taekwon-do (ITF) in Omsk under the guidance of the president of Russia Taekwon-do Federation (ITF), master Tsilfidis Lazaros Konstantinovich (VII dan).

There were discussed the following subjects:
1) Basic technique of taekwon-Do (ITF);
2) Methodology of teaching and performing of Patterns;
3) Self-defense.

Two day seminar ended with black belt promotional examination.
