According to the Art. 46 of the AETF Constitution we are presenting below the Agenda for the AETF Congress, to be held at 18.00 on 23rd April 2017 (Sunday) in the Press Center of the 2017 European Championships Sports Hall at the following address: MSH “Arena Armeec Sofia”, 1 Asen Iordanov “ boulevard, 1113 in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Agenda

1. Opening
2. Approval of the Agenda
3. Approval of the Minutes from the last AETF Congress held on 29th April 2016 in Tampere, Finland
4. Report from the activity of the AETF:
1. Report of the President activity.
2. Financial report.
5. Proposal of increasing the AETF Annual Fee.
6. The Euros 2018, 2019, 2020.
7. The European Cup 2017, 2018, 2019.
8. Approval of new members.
9. Other matters.
10. Date and place of the next Congress.
11. Adjournment.

We kindly ask the Member Countries to send the Application for the AETF Congress.

The documents for the AETF Congress will be available on the AETF website in the section AETF Archives for Members.

We ask Countries who wish to be organizers of the European Championships 2019, 2020 or the European Cup 2018, 2019 to send the applications by 10th April 2016 in order to prepare the files for the Congress Delegates.
