The Finish ITF Taekwon-Do Federation published their annual report for 2016 made by Master Thierry Meyour, Minna Minkkinen, Henri Savilampi and Milla Kakko to highlight what has been, a very successful year for their organization. They achieved their goals, make progress in realization of their plan, and made their Federation stronger.

Some of the highlights from the year include in annual report are:

• An increase of licenses for 66%, and member clubs for 42%
• Taking part, and organizing various seminars:
• Sparring Semminar Rovaniemi, January 9-10
• Legends' Seminar: Jaroslaw Suska, Tampere, March 5-6
• Tornio Kicking Semminar, Tornio, August 6-7
• National Technical Seminar, Tampere, September 17-18
• Taekwon-Do Akatemia 10th Anniversary Seminar, Oulu, November 5-6
• Organizing Finnish National Championships, Oulu, February 6-7
• Being a host of European Taekwon-do Championships Tampere, April 28 – May
• Organizing Finland vs Sweden sparring competition, Tampere, March 19
• Making successful Taekwon-Do Akatemia Summer Camp wit almost 100 participants.
• Organizing Sastamala Competition
• Taking part in 6th ITF Taekwon-Do World Cup, Budapest, Hungary, October 12-16
• Taking Part in Black Eagle Open, Pirkkala, October 29
• Organizing Annual National Colour Belt Competition and Annual Autumn meeting, Tornio, November 12
• Organizing Pikku Tiikeri Cup, Ylöjärvi, December 3
