FITAE-ITF, Italian Tkd ITF Association, proudly announces that Ms. Silvia Farigu, representing ASD TKD SARDINIA Capoterra (CA) Italy, well known multi Taekwon-Do ITF World Champion, European and National Champion both in Sparring and Pattern, received the prestigious "NADIA TORRETTI WOMAN ASI 2016" award.

The recognition is given to Ms. Farigu with the following motivation:

"To have shown that training, perseverance and passion for her sport - without appealing to distorting substances - lead to the achievement of important goals, never forgetting the essential component of fun and enjoyment that accompanies sports even when it is aimed to participation in major sporting events."

The ASI, "Italian Social and Sports Associations", counting ca. one million members, is a Sports Promotion Body SPB recognized by the Italian CIO (CONI), is now among the top SPB in Italy representing all sports including the Olympic ones. ASI annually awards prizes to men, women and associations involved in the Body life and / or contributing to spreading of sports and showing the many potentials of it.

The winners of these awards are the excellences that each year make ASI more and more proud of his path.

Therefore, this award given to our Champion Ms. Farigu is even more prestigious and gives her and FITAE-ITF even more satisfaction.

The Italian FITAE-ITF students, Teachers and supporters sincerely congratulate with Ms. Silvia Farigu for her unique and spectacular sporting career that adds to her degree in Architecture and an upcoming one in Sports Science.

An excellent example of sports woman that with humbleness, commitment, perseverance and dedication has reached the highest level of results, a true daughter of Sardinia, the magnificent Italian island, land of warriors.
