On the 4th -6th of November in city Rivne was held All Ukrainian Taekwon-Do Union Cup Open. 370 athletes from 24 different clubs and 14 Ukrainian regions as well as guests clubs from Moldova and Bulgaria took part in the event. The competition was organized in two divisions of sparring and patterns.

"The attendees showed all their skills, high level of verified techniques and great sparring tactics. Participation of sportsmen from Bulgaria and Moldova increased the level of the event.

Also the work of umpires was assessed very high. They scored with electric system that gave objective evaluation." - said Irina Kuznetsova, the head judge of the competition. In the competition took part 3 world champions: Vitaliy Solovey, Danylo Demchushun and Ivan Gryshchyk as well as the European Champion Anatoliy Korobko. Those competitors showed world Taekwon-Do level.

The championships are traditional and approved in the All Ukrainian Taekwon-Do Union calendar for 2017.

The next Ukrainian Taekwon-do Cup Open will be held in Uzhgorod city, on the border of Slovakia and Hungary and it will be really comfortable to participate for European countries
