Twice a year ITF-Belgium organizes a seminar with the name ‘Day of Taekwon-Do’, open to all members regardless of the age and grade. In 2016 the first seminar was held March 6th, the second one was being held Sunday November 6th in Jambes, Centre Sportif ADEPS.

Members and instructors of ITF-Belgium and ITF Luxembourg joined in: 10 instructors conducted classes for 112 participants, who received a certificate at the end of the seminar.

The children had classes in tul, sparring, special techniques and hosinsul, the instructors of the day were Yves Pollefeyt, VI°degree, Virginia Dionisi, VI°degree, Tom Van De Sijpe, IV°degree and Jan Lauwereins, I°degree.

The instructors for the juniors and seniors were Annick Van Driessche, VI°degree (tul), Patrick Crevecoeur, V°degree (sparring), Erik Van Hoeck, III°degree (hosinsul) and Jan-Philip Wassenaar, II°degree (power breaking), with a general warming-up and cooling-down. Meanwhile some of the black belts could enjoy private tul sessions with Master Frank Vanberghen, VIII°degree and Eddy Van Damme, VI°degree.

It was a great day, informative and with a lot of fun.
