On October 22-23, 2016 in Kyiv, in the sport complex "Olympus" was held Kyiv Open Cup of All-Ukrainian Union of Taekwon-Do. There were 200 athletes from Kyiv, Rivne and Chernihiv city.

Competitions were held in three Taekwon-Do's categories: sparring, patterns and special technique. The organizers of the competition were:
Kyiv city center of "All-Ukrainian Union of Taekwon-Do".

The main aim of the competition was to promote a healthy lifestyle among youth and young people and to develop Taekwon-Do ITF in Ukraine.

As a result of the general competition prizes distributed:
1st place SC "Scorpion"
2nd place SC "Kychko TKD Club"
3rd place SC "Max Sport"
