2nd Tournament of Vision League

On the 17th July Vision Taekwon-Do Association in England hosted its second Championships of the year. This is the 2nd of 3 competitions that are named the Vision League and is now fully electronic using their own system created by Mr. Sam Wood 2nd Degree. This second tournament attracted 200 competitors from 17 clubs and with 81 divisions including Pattern, Sparring, Power Test and Special Technique.

Mr. Tim Dunn, 5th Degree is the tournament director and put together a very professional setup that included online registration and a very well organized schedule for the day.

Tonbridge School run by Mr. Dunn came top of the league with 125 points, Crowborough School run by Mr. Philip Lear 6th Degree came second on 99 points and Alton School run by Mr. Adams 5th Degree came third on 59 points.

The Championships was a success where everyone competed in a respectful atmosphere with over 40 umpires taking part and there were no injuries to report at all from Master Martin Hewlett, the Vision TKD Paramedic.

The competitors now prepare for the 3rd competition in the league which will take place on 2nd October and the title of overall school and individual overall titles will be decided.
