We would like to remind that only three days left till the deadline of the European Cup 2016 in Cluj Napoca, Romania.

On Friday, June 17th 2016 at 23.59 GMT the online registration of the European Cup 2016 in Cluj Napoca, Romania will be closed. After that time no changes will be allowed and no updates shall be made.

Therefore we kindly ask you to visit the online system and check precisely:
1. if all competitors are in the correct categories and divisions (please check individual and team categories)
2. if all competitors have a black belt certificate number and ITF ID number (from the ITF online data base)
3. if all participants have pictures - None of the ID cards will be issued without photo!

4. if there is a proper scope of competitors in the teams.

After logging into the system http://eurocup2016.pztkd.lublin.pl/registration.php please go to the application. If there are any mistakes in the application the system will show errors and warnings.

ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM UPDATED
Additionally we would like to inform you that the online registration of the championships was updated and connected to the ITF Data Base online.
Now you have two ways of entering the names of competitors

1. By giving the name / part of the name / ITF ID of the person and then selecting the person from the ITF data base.

Please note, that if there are any mistakes in the ITF data base you need to contact urgently the ITF HQ at the email: hqitfoffice@gmail.com in order to correct it.

2. By entering the details manually as it was in the previous system.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT
a) Senior and Junior European Cup
This is to inform that at the European Cup 2016 in Cluj Napoca all competitors must wear and use the ITF approved doboks and safety equipment. All safety equipment must be in the colour of the corner (red or blue). Here you will find the list of approved equipment: http://approved.tkd-itf.com/ext/approved-itf/

b) International Taekwon-Do Cup for Children and Cadets
This is to inform that the children and cadets attending the International Taekwon-Do Cup in Cluj Napoca must have the safety equipment in the colour of the corner (red or blue) but the doboks or safety equipment does not to be approved.

COMPETITONB
1. Individual categories
We would like to remind that in case of categories with less than two competitors they will be combined with the neighbour categories. The final list of the categories will be announced after the deadline.

2. Team sparring
We would like to remind you that in the European Cup the team sparring categories are run according to the old rule.
