We have the pleasure to invite you to the 21st Central Taekwon-Do Summer Camp to be held in Biala Podlaska, Poland in the term 19th – 28th August 2016 organized by Lublin Sport Taekwon-Do Club headed by Master Tadeusz Loboda, 8th Degree and MKS Lewart Lubartów led by Master Jerzy Jedut, 8th Degree.

Arrival – 19th August (Friday) till 5 p.m.
Departure – 28th August (Sunday) after breakfast

Every year the summer camps in Poland gather participants from all over the world who are provided with intensive training according to their level of advancement and age.

Participants learn Taekwon-Do at the highest technical level in a fantastic, positive atmosphere and in relationship between people regardless the position, degree or age. The participants find in the program additional activities which enrich the value of the camp. Next to the Taekwon-Do classes everyone gets the opportunity to use the professional swimming pool, specialist athletic sport stadium as well as yoga classes. During a few excursions sightseeing of Warsaw or Lublin will be also possible.

The multicultural character of the camp is its enormous advantage. Each your there are participants from different, often very exotic countries. Also the 21st edition promises to be very exciting. In the many-years history of the camp, being the oldest International Taekwon-Do Camp held regularly in Europe, took part numerous well-known instructors and highly titled competitors - current or future World or European Champions - from abroad and from Poland.

The camp will be also a great opportunity to start the sport season as well as preparations for the ITF World Taekwon-Do Cup which will be held from 12 to 16 October 2016 in Budapest, Hungary.

The Central Taekwon-Do Summer Camp will be conducted by:
Master Jerzy Jedut – 8th Degree - President of PTA, Polish National Team Coach (1987-95); teacher of many eminent athletes who won the titles of World and European Champions;
Master Tadeusz Łoboda – 8th Degree, chief of the technical and organizational matters of PTA, author of training programs for instructor and referee courses, Polish National Team Coach from 1985 to 1990;
Mr. Jaroslaw Suska – 6th Degree - international-class competitor, Polish National Team coach, six times World Champion and twenty times champion of Europe in pattern, twenty five times Polish Champion, the best Polish technique practitioner, boasting of the best technical level in the history of Polish Taekwon-Do;
Mr. Robert Jasiński – 6th Degree – the chief and instructor of Łódź Traditional Taekwon-do Club. One of the successful young generation coaches in Poland, the teacher of Polish Championships medallists;
Mr. Kamola Sławomir – 5th Degree, counterterrorist police officer, instructors in selfdefense;
Mr. Andrzej Kozlowski – 2nd Degree - precursor of Taekwon-Do in Poland, yoga classes.

In this year edition the main idea will be to give the participants the profile of 300 new exercises which can be helpful in the Taekwon-Do training as well as the training with the external load with the use of the rubber bands.
