AETF Voting Congress

On April 29th, 2016 in the Council Hall of the Central Office Building at Aleksis Kiven Katu 14-16, 33210 Tampere, Finland took place the All Europe Taekwon-Do Federation Voting Congress with representatives of 29 European countries: Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine. Together there were 46 participants among them the delegates, AETF Board of Directors and AETF Revisory Commission members and special guests: Master Juan Ferrando, ITF Secretary General and Grand Master Willem Jacob Bos – ITF Director.

The AETF Voting Congress elected the AETF Board Members and AETF Revisory Commission Members for the next term 2016–2020 in the following composition:

AETF Revisory Commission:

Master Ray Nicolaisen (Norway)

AETF Voting Congress approved also the minutes from the previous meeting held on 23rd October 2015 in Hamilton (Scotland), accepted the financial report from 2015 and listened to the report of the President from the AETF activity in the term 2012-2016.

The delegates decided that the European Championships 2017 will be held on 20-23rd April 2017 in Sofia, Bulgaria and the European Championships 2018 in 19 -22nd April 2018 in Maribor, Slovenia.

AETF Voting Congress gave also rights to Poland to organize the European Cup in 9-11th June 2017 in Warsaw.

The next AETF Congress will be held on April 2017 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
