On February 14th 2016, during the Taekwon-Do ITF Championship of Russia held in Tambov (we published report about it on our website under the following link: www.itfeurope.org/NL2016-01-50.html) took place the Annual Congress of the Leaders of Regional Federations of All Russian Taekwon-Do Federation.

The agenda was:

1. Report of the President of All Russia Taekwon-Do Federation Master Lazaros Tsilfidis
2. Report of the Chairman of Umpire Committee of All Russia Taekwon-Do Federation Mr. Kim Maxim
3. Report of the Head Coach of Russian National Team Mr. Kim Andrey
4. Report of Sport Committee Director Mr. Aleksandr Systsov

Among other matters were discussed the following subjects:

1. Preparations for the Euros 2016 in Tampere Finland
2. Preparations for Euro Cup in Romania
3. Preparations for World Cup in Hungary
4. Summer camps for the national team
5. Participation in the upcoming IIC in Poland
6. Voting for acceptance of 4 new regional federations that applied for membership in All Russia Taekwon-Do Federation. Those new regions are the below mentioned: Komi Republic, Republic of Tatarstan, Perm Krai, Zabaykalsky Krai
