On the 19th-20th of March 2016 was held the All Ukrainian Taekwon-Do Technical Seminar with Grand Master Kim Ung Lan, 9th Degree - the Member of ITF Technical Committee.

In the seminar took part 117 athletes from 10 regions as well as guests from Moldova and Serbia.

In 2007, Kim Ung Lan was admitted as the best coach in the history of ITF. In 2011 on the world championship in New Zealand International Taekwon-Do Federation handed to Grand Master Ung Kim Lan the 9th Degree. Kim Ung Lan is Four Times Taekwon-Do European champion. He brought up around twenty Taekwon-Do World Champions.

The visit of such honoured coach was possible thank to International Taekwon-Do Federation. After the seminar Grand Master visited Ukrainian Carpathian Mountains, the sky resort Bukovel and had an opportunity to try the Ukrainian cuisine.
