According to the Art. 46 of the AETF Constitution we are presenting below the Agenda for the AETF Voting Congress, to be held on 29th April 2016 at 15.00 in the Council Hall of the Central Office Building at Aleksis Kiven katu 14-16, 33210 Tampere, Finland

Agenda

1. Opening.
2. Announcement about the legality of the AETF Voting Congress.
3. Election of the Voting Commission.
4. Approval of the Agenda.
5. Approval of the minutes from the last Congress in Hamilton, Scotland.
6. Report from the activity of the AETF President, Board of Directors and the Headquarters in the term 2012 – 2016.
7. Discussion concerning the report from the activity.
8. Recommendation of the Revisory Commissions to discharge or not discharge Board of Directors. Voting on recommendation.
9. Presentation of the candidatures for President and their conception of AETF development in 2016 – 2020
   Candidacy of Master Tadeusz Loboda – proposed by Polish Taekwon-Do Association
10. Election of the AETF President in the next term 2016 – 2020.
11. Presentation of the candidatures for the Vice-President and their conception of AETF development in 2016 – 2020.
    Candidacy of Master Coos v/d Heuvel – proposed by himself
12. Election of the AETF Vice President in the next term 2016 – 2020.
13. Election of the 6 members of the AETF Board of Directors in the next term 2016 – 2020. Candidatures:

14. Presentation of the candidature of the Secretary General by the new elected President and his ratification by the Congress.
15. Voting on the number of members of the Revisory Commission.

       Note. Additional candidatures to the Revisory Commission may be proposed during the AETF Voting Congress according to Art. 7 of the AETF Voting Congress Guideline.
17. Approval of the Hosts of the Euros and European Cup in 2017, 2018, 2019.
18. Other matters.
    1. Results of the Member Countries Questionnaire – Mr. Leonardo Oros Duek.
    2. Matters submitted by the Delegates.
19. Date and place of the next Congress.
20. Adjournment.

We kindly ask the Member Countries to send the Application for the AETF Voting Congress.

The documents for the AETF Congress will be availble on the AETF website in the section AETF Archives for Members from the 5th April 2016.

We ask Countries who wish to be organizers of the European Championships 2018, 2019 or the European Cup 2018, 2019 to send the applications by 14th April 2016.
