In the last weekend of January, 30-31st 2016, at the sports center of Motril (Granada), took place the Spain Cup FEST 2016.

A total of 210 participants from all delegations among them competitors, coaches and referees were involved in the Nationals Spain Cup. The winners will attend the next European Championships 2016 in Finland.

On Saturday the event began at 13:00 hours. The championship was held on five tatami areas. All areas of competition had electronic controls and displays where you could follow the scores for each match.

The most significant results were:
Best junior female competitor: Yassmin Haddoui
Best Male Junior competitor: Joaquín Moreno
Best Senior female competitor: Inmaculada Vázquez
Best Senior male competitor: Jonathan Moreno

We would like to congratulate to all competitors and to their schools for their hard work.

We give thanks to Instructor Juan Carlos Rocca and his School in the city of Motril for their work and great kindness in organization of the Cup. Also we would like to thank to Master José Miguel MartÍnez and Ana Maria for their help and cooperation, which together with the sports council of the City of Motril and FEST Committees got such a success in a wonderful atmosphere of a large family of Taekwon-Do ITF.

We would like to express our grattitude to the Masters and Instructors who attended the event and therefore we are always pleased to see you there and exchange experience: Maestro José Ramón Viudes, Master Juan Ferrando, Maestro Miguel Martinez and instructors Vicente Ibáñez, José Luis Diego, Andreu Martinez, Paco Ferrando, Matias Picallo, Pepe Montoya, Sergio Bitca and Alejandro Banega for their help in the development of the event.
It was a great team working together.
