Saint Petersburg, the North Capital of Russia is the second largest city after Moscow with 5 million inhabitants and the fourth most populated federal subject.[6] Saint Petersburg is a major European cultural center, and also an important Russian port on the Baltic Sea.

Saint Petersburg is also a city with very strong Taekwon-Do traditions. From 23rd to 24th December 2015 the President of Saint Petersburg Taekwon-Do federation, Mr. Oleg Krivoryk organized the annual seminar.

To lead the seminar was invited master Lazaros Tsilfidis, the President of all Russia Taekwon-Do Federation.

In this seminar participated 130 instructors and assistant instructors from 7 Russia districts.

The seminar ended with grading up to 2nd degree
