Mr. Vladan Rasevic from Serbia came to Lublin, Poland to AETF HQ in term from 12th to 15th of December 2015 as observer.
Mr. Rasevic is 24 years old. He is currently 1st Degree and over last three years he practiced in the school of Mr. Oleg Solovey – 6th Degree, the Vicepresident of All Ukrainina Taekwon-Do Union. Currently he moved back to Sabac, in Serbia.
Sabac is a city with around 50.000 inhabitants, in the distance of ca. 80 km from Belgrad – the capitol of Serbia. Mr. Rasevic’s father is from Serbia and his mother is of the Ukrainian nationality. Therefore he speaks fluently Serbian, Ukrainian and Russian language.
Mr. Rasevice would like to rebuild Taekwon-Do in Serbia. Following the advices of his coach, Mr. Solovey he came to Poland in order to learn the procedures and membership requirements being in force in ITF and AETF, as well as to discuss the strategy of development of our martial art in his country.
After his arrival on Saturday, 12th December, Mr. Rasevic had time to visit the old town of Lublin city. On Sunday 13th December he had opportunity to observe the national black belt test where he could personally check what are the requirements for the grading as well as what technical level represent the candidates in Poland. He also had the possibility to see how the grading is organized. In the evening he took part in the official dinner with the authorities of PTA and the members of the Black Belt Grading Commission.
Monday was a very intensive day. Mr. Rasevic acknowledged him selves with the information about the history of Taekwon-Do in Serbia. He also received necessary contact details, which can be useful in his further activity.
He received full information about the regulations being in force in ITF and AETF, all procedure and regulations. He also familiarized him selves with the entitlements and advantages of the services which are dedicated to the members of the federation on different levels. Later he learnt more about the activity of Polish Taekwon-Do Association, its regulations and organizational solutions in different aspect of the whole activity.
Mr. Rasevic received all necessary documents such as By-Laws, Constitutions, forms, teaching materials as well as some Taekwon-Do gifts.
The meeting was held in a positive and constructive atmosphere. Mr. Rasevic assured that he will come with another, a bit longer visit to Lublin soon. He keep the office up-to-dated with the progress of his activity.
