At 7th and 8th November we met in sporthall of Elementary school in Strančice to enjoy 2nd. National seminar under leading of Master Jerzy Jedut, VIII. Dan. It was hold by Czech National Taekwon-Do Union as last year. 65 people of 10 clubs were registred, including one club of Latvia.

Seminar was divided on two parts. First part, on Saturday, was intended for colour and black belts. Second part, on Sunday, was intended especially for black belts, nevertheless few colour belts have attended. Contents of seminar was primarily corrections of techniques and tulls and application of techniques in sparrings. Trainigs were diversified by warm-up exercises, games and workout exercises.

Participants left the sporthall very tired but with elation from new pieces of knowledge and question about next seminars.

Fridays and Saturdays evening we had a dinner with master. During them we ask master for a lot of questions, not only about seminar.

One part of seminar was also grading to Dan grades. This year we had only one person who asked for grading - Mr. Aleksandr Stadnicenko from Latvia. He has been promoted to IV. Dan and from this day he is holder of titul International Instructor of Taekwon-Do. Hugh congratulation from all of us, we wish him all the best to his next trainings and more successes not only in Taekwon-Do.
