23-25 February 2015 in the city of Zvenigorod took place the Umpire Seminar for the referees that will run the all Russia Senior and Junior Championships. Seminar was conducted by Mr. Kim Maxim, 6th Degree – the Chairman of the Russia Umpire Committee.

This seminar was an offer of all Russia Taekwon-Do Federation. It was free of charge for all umpires and even more. The all Russia Federation provided hotel and full board accommodation for all participants. Additionally, the Federation will also provide the accommodation with full board to all umpires who will work during the all Russia Championships. This is one of the services that the Federation provides to all members as part of the major development policy.

After the participation of the Russian delegation in the International Umpire Course held just 2 weeks earlier in Budapest, Hungary, there was a necessity to update the umpires and to test their abilities for such important event as the National Championships which of course designate the National Team members that will be selected to represent Russia at the World Championships 2015 in Italy.
