On Sunday, 28th December 2014, only a few days before the New Year, the Moscow Taekwon-Do Federation organized the annual regional seminar and Black Belt Degree examination for its members. 110 students from 17 clubs of Moscow participated in this seminar.

The seminar was conducted by the President of all Russia Taekwon-Do Federation Master Lazaros Tsilfidis and it was focused on the ITF Patterns.

After the seminar the examination took place for red belts and black belts holders. Under the honest and fair judgment of Mr. Yuriy Gromov – the Chairman of the examination committee - 13 students successfully passed the grading for 1st and 2nd Black Belt Degree.
