On 19-20th December 2014 Master Tsilfidis Lazaros came to Novosibirsk, the third biggest city of Russia, to conduct a technical Taekwon-Do seminar.

Master Tsilfidis was invited by Mister Egor Kretinin, a 4th Degree instructor, who was the organizer of the seminar.

70 students participated in the seminar. It was a good beginning. We are sure that in next few years the number of students in this region of Russia will increase rapidly.

During the seminar Master Lazaros had a great opportunity to meet Mr. Andrey Kuchumov - the new President of the Novosibirsk Taekwon-Do Federation as well as Mr. Igor Klevtsov - the former President who currently fulfills the duties of the Vice - President.

All talks were hold in a very friendly atmosphere. During the conversations many plans and schedules were made how to develop this region using professional management.

The Board of All Russia Taekwon-Do Federation considers this part of Russia as one of the most important for future grows of Taekwon-Do.
