The weekend 17th-18th of January was very important for Swedish Taekwon-Do Federation ITF. Every year there is a gathering for the National Instructors Council which consists of all Swedish instructors with 3rd -7th degree black belt. This year were also instructors invited from those clubs who has no instructor with the degrees mentioned above.

On Saturday the 17th of January 32 instructors met in the town Skövde for this year’s National Instructors Council. Development of the federation was the main topic during the theoretical part but national standards for competitions and strategy for interaction with the mass media were also discussed. Self-defense and national standards for kup-gradings were in focus during the practical part. The day ended with a well appreciated dinner in a nice atmosphere at an oriental restaurant.

The annual meeting for Swedish Taekwon-Do Federation ITF was held on Sunday the 18th of January. The members were presented with the federations annual reports.

There were also elections to some seats in the board for Swedish TKD Federation ITF.
