Volga (Privolzhsky) Federal District (Russian: Приво́лжский федера́льный о́круг, Privolzhsky federalny okrug) is one of the nine federal districts of Russia. It forms the southeastern part of European Russia. Its population was 29,899,699 (70.8% urban) according to the 2010 Census, living on an area of 1,038,000 square kilometers (401,000 sq m).

The Volga (Privolzhsky) Federal District championship was held in 29 of November in the city named Ufa. Ufa (Russian: Уфа ) is the capital city of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia, and the industrial, economic, scientific and cultural center of the republic. Population: 1,062,319.

In this city came more than 300 competitors from 10 difrent districts of Russia for a competition that was organized for firs time in this city. And this event was extremely important for the All Russia Federation as this was a new beginning started in this area because one more district became active and had the support of 9 neighbor districts.

All the event was organized by a 4th degree instructor the president of Bashkortostan Taekwondo Federation district mister Ishberdin Shamil.

The umpire committee was headed by Youri Gromov and among the honorable guest was the president of all Russia Taekwon-Do Federation master Tsilfidis lazaros.
