On Friday the 12th of December, took place in Montevideo, Uruguay, a course conducted by Sabum-Nim Leonardo Oros Duek, member of the directive commission of Europea and coach of the Israeli team. He was invited by the international instructor Gabriel Colina to run a Ho Sin Sul course for gups and dans, and a class concentrating on warm-up exercises, fundamental movement and their applications, concluding with patterns until 1st gup.

The pattern class was very dynamic, where different situations for personal defense were presented.

The course was authorized by Grand Master Hector Marano, chairman of the technical committee of the ITF.

The Taekwon-Do ITF of Uruguay keeps growing looking up to the World Chamionships in Italy 2015.
