Taekwondo-do Sportsmen Association from Republic of Moldova organized the international seminar with about 70 participants: athletes and trainers, from ten cities of the country.

The special guest honor of the event was the international Master Jerzy Jedut, Poland, VII Dan, member of the Technical Committee of the AETF, general secretary of AETF, a high appreciated expert in the International Federation of Taekwon-do. During the years the experienced teacher of taekwondo managed to growth 30 world and European champions, as a confirmation of the experience and great talent of Master from Poland.

The international seminar included theoretical and practical classes, meant to improve theoretical and practical knowledge as well as to promote this martial sport, practiced by a lot of enthusiasts of different ages. It was a good end of the season of 2014 year for National Association, managed by the president of association Victor Morozan, VI Dan, international instructor.

The plan of activities of Taekwondo-do Sportsmen Association from Republic of Moldova expect the inauguration of a new sport club in Floresti as well s in other cities from the country. After Cristhma’s holidays, a plan of training actions for national team will be approved having as a target the 2015 World Championships, scheduled for May in Italy (Jesolo).

Representatives of Ministry - Mr Vitaly Savciuc and Mr Vasile Revenco, the president of the Federation of Rugby from Moldova. Some of them are fascinated with taekwondo and some are practicing it. For instance rugby and taekwondo have common features as they both promote the respect to colleagues and coaches and the loyalty to sport activities, what provides high performances.
