He explained during few very interesting lectures how to choose the right training burdens and following that during the practical training session he demonstrated how to put theory into practice.
The participants also enjoyed very much the practical training sessions on the subject of “Alternative methods in Taekwon-Do training” conducted by Mr. Krzysztof Pawlik, MA., physical education teacher and Taekwon-Do coach of many years, former PTA Vice-President for umpires matters.
The course ended with a theoretical exam.
Master Tadeusz Loboda – The president of the Polish Taekwon-Do Association took care about the organizational and objective run of the whole course.
