To the Schools/Countries taking part in the European Cup 2014 Budapest Hungary:

This is to inform, that today, on Friday 3rd October, 2014 is the last day when the person responsible for the schools/countries applications can make any changes in the applications in the online system of the European Cup 2014 in Budapest, Hungary.

If you know that any of the competitors already registered will not take part in the European Cup we kindly ask you to remove him from the system.

If you still did not manage to add any participant you have to do it now. Therefore we kindly ask you to visit the online system and check precisely if:

1. all competitors are in the correct categories (please check individual and team categories)
2. all competitors have a black belt certificate number and ITF ID number (from the ITF online data base) - only for black belts
3. all participants have pictures.
4. if there is a proper scope of competitors in the teams.

After logging into the system http://eurocup2014.pztkd.lublin.pl/registration.php please go to the application. If there are any mistakes in the application the system will show errors and warnings.

Tomorrow, on Saturday 4th, October, we will start printing the ID cards so if anybody will not add the missing picture today, the participant will not have the photo on the ID card.

The registration will be closed today, Friday 3rd 2014, at 23.59 GMT. After that time no changes will be allowed and no udpates shall be made

The draws will be done and published on Monday, 6th October 2014.
