Beloyarsky District (Russian: Белоя́рский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district, one of the nine in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug of Tyumen Oblast, Russia. It is located in the north of the autonomous region.

In the capital of this Russian district - the city Beloyarsk - took place an international match between athletes from Russia National Team and competitors from Asia. The Asia Team was mostly assisted from competitors from Kyrgyzstan headed by the President of Taekwon-Do Federation of this country Mr. Eduard Hegay. Russia team was headed by Mr. Andrey Kim - the chairmen of Russian National Team.

The author of the idea of organization such a beautiful event was the instructor of all Russia Taekwon-Do Federation Mr. Mars Abikeev.

The whole event was organized by the chairmen of Youth Fiscal Culture and Sport Committee of the Beloyarsk city – Mr. Aleksandr Maiboroda and it was fully supported by the head of Beloyarsky District Mr. Manenkov Sergey Petrovich.

All accommodation and travel expenses were fully covered and reimbursed by the organizers.

Among the honorable guests were the ITF Senior Vice-President Master Paul Weiler from Germany and the President of all Russia Taekwon-Do Federation Master Tsilfidis Lazaros.

All matches were exiting and had the full support of 800 audiences. In 10 matches the Russian team won with the result 6-4.

After the match all participants had the opportunity to enjoy the hospitality of organizers while fishing and going to see the views of beautiful city and the beautiful nature of Siberia.
