Newsletter 3/2014 European Cup 2014 Reminder
Dear Competitors, Coaches, Supporters,
Please keep in mind, that the official deadline of the accommodation booking for the European Cup is 25th of August.
We know that it is summertime and hard to collect the booking requests and the competitors. It was requested by the AETF Board and other teams also previously to postpone this deadline to September.
Unfortunately there will be an international marathon running in Budapest the same weekend in October, and besides that October is a highly popular period of conferences in Budapest. That is why our partner hotels can hold us room options until the end of August only.
If you book your accommodation after the 25th of August, we and our travel agency partner will do our best to give you options, however we cannot guarantee the same hotels and the same prices.
