In the period from 6th to 27th June this year, in the village of Luchi in Ivano-Frankivsk region of Ukraine, was held a regular summer recreation camp for athletes of All Ukrainian Taekwon-Do Union. The camp venue was located in the Carpathian Mountains and consisted of two tours of 10 days each.

- The Summer Camp in the Carpathians has become already a tradition and with every year it is more popular by both children and their parents - said Oleg Solovey the event organizer.

– In general the camp was attended by over 100 athletes from Kiev, Rivne, Uzhgorod and Ivano-Frankivsk - said Mr. Solovey, honored coach of Ukraine. – The trainings sessions were held three times a day: the morning exercises and practice of the basic techniques, beginning from 12.00 a.m. - cross the mountains (very difficult route) ended with stretching; at 5.00 pm the main workout. In addition, between the training sessions there was time for different sports games, so the kids were busy all day long.

During the holiday athletes performed hiking to the top of the Carpathians - said Oleg Solovey.
