As every year the Spanish Federation of Taekwon-Do ITF hold an Annual Technical Course at its Headquarters located in Benidorm.

The course began on Saturday, July 12th, 2014 at 9.30 in the morning. It was conducted by Master José Ramón Viudes, the Director of FEST Technical Committee. The course covered the subject of the theory of power and theoretical explanations, then passing the tuls from Chon-ji to So-San and finishing with the exercises of the 3-, 2- and 1-step sparring. Many audiovisual tools were used during the classes to clarify and explain all difficulties.

The course was conducted in the presence of Master Juan Ferrando, the Secretary General of International Taekwon-Do Federation, Master Alberto Gonzale as well as the International Instructors: Jose Luis Diego, Alejandro Banega, Juan Carlos Rocca, Pastor Carracedo, Paco Ferrando and Vicente Ibáñez. Present were also instructors from remote regions of Spain such as Galician, Catalan, Andalusian and Murcia who were very much appreciate for their effort to attend this course.

We welcome Luciana Drigani from Valencia, Sergio Bitca from Barcelona and José Tomas Sala from Almeria who have joined Spanish Federation of Taekwon-Do ITF and share this annual event with FEST members.
