Moscow is the capitol and the largest city of Russia with approximately 15 million of citizens. It is also the city with the biggest number of Taekwon-Do students in Russian Federation.

The Moscow Regional Federation organizes many events and among them twice a year a regional seminar for blue belt holders and above. Usually the seminar ends with a degree test is for red and black belts.

Every year the seminar has different subjects such as self defense, sparing, patterns etc. This year the seminar took place on 27th May and it was the last major event of this school year for the Moscow Regional Federation before sports camps that are organized by the all Russian Taekwon-Do Federation.

137 students took part this time in the seminar in Moscow which was conducted by Master Lazaros Tsilfidis - the President of all Russia Taekwon-Do Federation with assistance of Mr. Alexandr Leonov - the World Champion. The whole event was organized by Mr. Yuri Gromov, the President of Moscow Regional Federation.

The next technical seminar for Moscow region will take place in December.
