On 12-13 of April 2014 in the city of Omsk took place the 4th All Siberian seminar. The seminar was organized by Mr. Viacheslav Nedelko and conducted by Master Tsilfidis Lazaros, President of All Russia Taekwon-Do Federation.

The seminar was focused on Taekwon-Do ITF sparring and self defense techniques.

A special training session was organised for parents of children that are practicing Taekwon-Do. This is a special program made by Master Tsilfidis and it aims are to show all the parents from inside what their children are doing during trainings sessions, bring them more closer to Taekwon-Do as well as motivate them to practice. The basis for the program was the well knows idea that if you want to change the world you must begin from yourself. If you want your children to be successful and in good physical condition then you have to be a sample for them in being successful and fit, because the main and best instructors always will be the parents.

The seminar was a real success with 487 participating athlete and approximately 70 parents. As usual the seminar ended with the black belt degree test.
