Dear Masters, Instructors, Competitors,

ITF Germany (ITF-Deutschland e.V.) with cooperation with the organizing club Tan Gun Sports e.V. has pleasure to invite you to the Open German Championship to be held on Saturday, 13th September 2014 in the Sportshall of Gustav-Heinemann-Gesamtschule Parsevalstrasse 170, 369 Dortmund.

This tournament is for Taekwon-Do athletes from all ITF Organisations who are at least 8th kup and are able to show a valid organisation pass stating name and grade. The championships will be played in two catgories: patterns and sparring. The pattern categories will be separated into age and degree. Should there be enough competitors, they will also be separated by gender.

The sparring classification is as following:

• Semi-Contact – Point Stop:
  - Children up to 11 years old, 8th Kup and above - separate categories for boys and girls. The competitors will be separated according to grade and height. The height stipulated in the application must not be exceeded!
  - 12 years and older, from 8th Kup to 6th Dan. The competitors will be separated according to gender, grade and weight. The weight stipulated in the application must not be exceeded!
• Light Contact – Continuous Sparring:
  - 12 years and older, from 8th Kup to 6th Dan. The competitors will be separated according to gender, grade and weight. The weight stipulated in the application must not be exceeded!
