The RUMA (Russian Martial Arts Union) is an organization that unite all major Martial Arts Federations of Russia. RUMA is a well known and prestigious union who was the organizer off SPORT ACCORD'S Martial Arts Games in Saint Petersburg Russia.

Every year RUMA awards the most reknown achievements of martial arts in Russia. The ceremony is called “Gold Belt Award” and every person who is nominated as winner is taken a sculptor of a Gold Belt and money award of approximately 5000 if count in Euros.

This year the awarding ceremony of best achievements of martial arts in Russia took place on 17th of April 2014, in KREMLIN the heart of Russia.

Best female competitor among all martial arts was nominated Ekaterina Kozlachkova from all Russia Taekwon-Do Federation. The award was given by the Vice-Minister of Sport of Russia Mr Kolobkov Pavel Anatolievich.
