564 competitors from 9 Russian districts came to participate in this event which was broadcasted on-line through internet for every one who was unable to come and see this big event.

As always the competition was in all ITF categories: sparing, patterns, special techniques and power test. In all Russian tournaments for children and color belts for the power test category a special super safe electronic machine is used, which is specially designed for this aim. This system allows everyone to participate in this event without fear of any injury.

The competition was organized by Viachvselav Nidelko the President of Omsk Taekwon-Do Federation. Special guest was the President of All Russia Taekwon-Do Federation - Master Lazoros Tsilfidis.
