13-17 February in the city of Zvenigorod took place the all Russia Taekwon-Do ITF championships. In the championships participated 729 competitors from 30 districts of Russia. The organizing committee selected 63 best umpires among 112 candidates. Paid all expenses for all umpires for the days of competition and 3 days before the competition. In this 3 days the all Russia federation organized an umpire course for all umpires and coaches and it was free of charge.

All the championships was in on line translation through internet. The winners received beautiful medals and was selected for the Euros 2014 in Italy.
