On March 17th 2014, Monday at 9.00 a.m. started the visit of the 3-membered delegation of Romanian ITF Taekwon-Do Federation consisted of Mr. Cosmin Oprescu 1st degree - President, Mihai Hondru 4th degree - Secretary General and Mr. Alexandru Muresan 6th Degree - Technical Director.
The delegation was representing new board elected at the Election Congress which took place on 23rd February 2014 in Romania.AETF was represented by Master Tadeusz Loboda - AETF President, Master Jerzy Jedut - AETF Secretary General and Ms. Malgorzata Rogaczewska Assistant to the AETF President.
The main aim of the visit was to learn what to do in order to be a good standing member. During the visit the participants discussed about the ITF By-Laws and Constitution.
It was explained how the ITF database online is working and how to proceed with requests for black belts, plaques and other certficiates. The participants could practise by preparing plaque requests etc., as well as check the status of some competitors. The delegation got information how to log in for the online registration of the European Championships and the World Cup and familiarize itself in general with the organizational and financial structure of Polish Taekwon-Do Association. It results from the fact that the visit was relatively short.

The visit was very fruitful and intense. At the end of the visit the participants took part in the Taekwon-Do training session conducted by Master Tadeusz Loboda at his school.
The Romanian representatives announced to visit again the AETF HQ after the European Championships in Italy, in order to learn more about the organizational matter to secure the best service for the members of the Romanian ITF Taekwon-do Federation.
