On February 8, 2014 in the city of Carballo (La Coruña) was held the Cup of Spain 2014. The tournament was held on three competition floors. All three areas were settled and equipped with electronic controls, displays and computers to support the work of the arbitration team during the competition.

This event was attended by 140 participants, who represented delegations from all over the Spanish geography. This whole group consisted of competitors, referees and officers. During the competition, the audience enjoyed the different types of ITF Taekwon-Do competition, in both individual and team categories: pattern, sparring, traditional sparring, special techniques and power breaking. Competitors were divided by age and grade in Junior and Senior categories.

New Black belts holders will form a part of the Spanish team for the Federation of Taekwon-Do ITF during their upcoming European Taekwon-Do Championships.

We would like to thank to Master Pastor Carracedo and to all who are a part of the Galician Association for their good work and great kindness, who together with the city of Carballo made the FEST Cup a huge success. We also thank the Teachers who attended the event and therefore we are always honored to have the presence of Master J. Ramón Viudes, Master Juan Ferrando and Master Alberto Gonzalez. In addition we also want to mention especially the attendance at the first Cup of Spain of two our new members: The Canary Club directed by Mr. Ricardo Rodriguez and Traditional Taekwon-do Association Line directed by Mr. Christian Oriolani of Taekwon-do ITF.
