On the 1-2.02.2014, the Black Eagle Taekwon-Do Association from Tampere, Finland, had the great pleasure to invite Master Jedut for the yearly Legend's Seminars.

On Saturday, Master Jedut went through a great deal of warm up exercises as well as leg reinforcement. The course although physical was highly appreciated by the 100 participants as the Master experience and passion was a great inspiration and a great fuel for participants to remain focused and give 100%.

Sunday was focused on movement as well as stepping coordination and the "legendary" Polish tempo change. There was also emphasis on upper body coordination by performing some challenging basic movements. But although the weekend was full, the Master was still willing to give more and a mini extra session was given in the training hall lobby of some self defense applications. What a passion to give...

This seminar was really very international as we had many visitors from Sweden, Spain, and many member from Russia. This seminar is over, but we will definitly again make sure to surprise you with another legend visiting Finland next year. Keep you posted.
