On December 1st in Moscow the capital of Russia Master Tsilfidis Lazaros conduct a sparring seminar for athletes and instructors from Moscow that are preparing to participate in the biggest tournament of Russia “Moscow Challenge 2013”.

Master Lazaros was assisted by his student 4th degree black belt world champion Mr Alexander Leonov.

After the seminar a grading examination took place by the chairman of All Russia Taekwon-Do Federation tournament committee 6th degree Mr Youri Gromov.
