On the weekend the 23rd -24th November 2013 in Lodz (central Poland) was held the second nationwide seminar for color belt holders. The training session was conducted as in previous year by Mr. Jaroslaw Suska – 6th Degree, 6-times World Champion, 20-times European Champion in pattern. He was assisted by his student Mr. Marcin Wronowski – 2nd Degree, 4-times European Champion.

The host school as one year before was the Center Taekwon-Do School in Lodz leaded by Mr. Michal Cytryniak – 4th Degree.

85 students from different part of Poland: Toruń, Lodz, Pyzdry, Poznan, Warszawa, Rzeszow, Wroclaw, Leczyca, Glowna, Janow, Dzialoszyn, Belchatow, Klobuck, Olsztyn and Bystrzyca Klodzka came to Lodz. Despite the fact that the seminar was dedicated to color belts, present where many black belt holders among them three people with 4th degree. The instructors who brought their students to the course were practicing together with them. Present was also Mr. Roman Lewicki – the director for the umpires matters of Polish Taekwon-Do Association.

The training sessions were divided into three educational parts:

Over two days the participants spent nearly 12 hours practicing hard and working for the recognition in the eyes of the Champion. The demonstration of techniques made by Mr. Jaroslaw Suska woke up a great enthusiasm of all present in the hall and at the same time made them aware how much work and dedication such a high level requires.

Mr. Jaroslaw Suska underlined many times during the seminar that he would have achieved nothing without a hard work.

The training sessions were made lively by many different and very interesting stories from nearly 30 years long training and competition practice of Mr. Suska and his life which Taekwon-Do surely is.

The main motto Mr. Suska wanted to relay to the students was to gain its own motivation for the training, perseverance, determination and a fight with their weaknesses and a constant work on themselves.

Already today the organizers are inviting to the next seminar with Mr. Jaroslaw Suska – the best competitor in the history of Polish Taekwon-Do. It will take place on November 2014 in Lodz.
